Ukraine’s Defense Forces strike Russian air defense assets in Belgorod region, occupied territories
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
Among the targets was a Nebo-U radar station in temporarily occupied Feodosia (Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
Strikes on April 13 were also confirmed against two sites in Russia’s Belgorod region: an airspace surveillance radar near Mykolaivka and a Kasta-2E radar station near Lubyane-Pershe.
Separately, a Tor-M1 surface-to-air missile system was confirmed hit on April 13 near the temporarily occupied settlement of Lozove in the Luhansk region.
The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, on March 22 the General Staff confirmed strikes on two Buk surface-to-air missile systems in Russia’s Bryansk region and in the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region.
