Russians carry out 899 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region, leaving three injured

Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 899 strikes on 44 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Three people were injured as a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia city and the Zaporizhzhia region.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, stated this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Russian troops carried out 18 airstrikes on Komyshuvakha, Veselianka, Tavriiske, Novoukrainka, Liubytske, Svitla Dolyna, Rizdvianka, Kopani, Huliaipilske, Rivne, Novoselivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Charivne, and Dolynka.

A total of 679 UAVs of various modifications (mostly FPV drones) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Kushuhum, Bilenke, Chervonodniprovka, Novotroitske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Lukianivske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Myrne, Charivne, Sviatopetrivka, Sviatoukrainka, Zelene, Olenokostiantynivka, Dobropillia, and Nove Zaporizhzhia.

Eight multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) strikes were recorded against Lukianivske, Novopavlivka, Huliaipilske, Hirske, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, and Ternuvate.

In addition, 194 artillery strikes targeted Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Lukianivske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Sviatopetrivka, Sviatoukrainka, Varvarivka, and Dobropillia," he wrote.

Authorities received 53 reports about damage to residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Zaporizhzhia authorities currently do not plan to install anti-drone nets on a mass scale.
