Five people wounded in shelling of Kherson
According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this.
“At approximately 1:30 p.m., Russian invaders attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a drone,” the report said.
It is noted that as a result of the enemy strike, a 38-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman who were inside the building suffered concussions, explosive, and closed head injuries.
An ambulance took the victims to the hospital in moderate condition.
According to a Facebook post by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, at around 11:00 a.m., Russian occupiers struck the center of Kherson with a UAV. The enemy attack burned two civilian cars and damaged residential buildings. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fires that broke out at the site of the hit.
Two women, aged 44 and 60, and a 59-year-old man were injured. They suffered post-concussion syndrome, blast injuries, and closed head injuries. The victims were taken to the hospital by ambulance in moderate condition.
As reported by Ukrinform, a Russian drone attacked a 74-year-old resident of the Kherson suburb of Antonivka, who died in a hospital.
In the morning, Russian troops shelled the village of Darivka in the Kherson region, and four people are known to have been wounded, all in moderate condition.
