Enemies launch 44 strikes on Sumy region, damaging energy facilities and TV tower

Russian troops launched 44 strikes on 30 settlements in the Sumy region over the past day.

According to Ukrinform, the Sumy region police reported this on Facebook.

The attacks targeted the Sumy, Shostka, Okhtyrka, and Konotop districts. A total of 121 explosions were recorded.

In the Velyka Pysarivka community, two private houses and two cars were damaged.

In the Bilopillia community, a TV tower was damaged.

In the Mykolaivka community, a private house was damaged.

In the Sumy community, a warehouse and an energy infrastructure facility were damaged.

In the Yunakivka community, a private house was destroyed.

In the Trostianets community, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged.

In the Hlukhiv community, a production facility was damaged.

In the Shalyhyne community, two residential buildings were damaged.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 9, due to Russian strikes on the energy infrastructure of the Sumy region, some residents in the Sumy and Okhtyrka districts were left without electricity.
