Zaporizhzhia hit by Russian drones: Residential building on fire, seven wounded

The enemy carried out at least 12 strikes on Zaporizhzhia, setting a high-rise residential building on fire, damaging shopping centers, and injuring at least seven people.

This was reported by Ukrinform, citing the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, in a Telegram post.

“Several floors of a damaged high-rise building are on fire. A person is trapped in one of the apartments,” the statement said.

According to the regional administration, one shopping center was damaged, while a fire broke out at another shopping mall.

Later, Fedorov reported that seven people were wounded as a result of the nighttime attack.

According to earlier reports, Zaporizhzhia is under a massive attack by Russian drones, air defense systems are operating in the city.
