Russian forces attack energy facility in Mykolaiv region, worker injured

In the Mykolaiv region, Russian troops attacked energy infrastructure, injuring a utility worker.

Ukrinform reports this citing AT Mykolaivoblenergo on Telegram.

“Today, during an enemy shelling, our colleague, an electrician at AT Mykolaivoblenergo, was injured,” the post said.

The man sustained shrapnel wounds to his limbs and was taken to a medical facility.

Explosions also caused significant damage to the company’s energy equipment, the company added.

Earlier, in Kyiv, a 31-year-old rescue worker and high-altitude specialist died during emergency repair work at an energy facility.
