Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia: Injury toll rises to 29, including children

In Zaporizhzhia, the number of people injured in a daytime Russian airstrike has risen to 29.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Shrapnel wounds, concussions, acute stress reactions. People affected by the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district continue to seek medical assistance," he said.

According to Fedorov, medical assistance has already been provided to 29 people. Among them are five children—girls aged two, nine, and eleven, and boys aged five and thirteen.

Fedorov added that three people are in serious condition, while the condition of another 14 injured is assessed by doctors as moderate. All the injured are receiving the necessary medical care.

As reported earlier, the enemy struck Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district with glide bombs today, hitting residential apartment buildings, a school area, and a business facility.
