Today, the enemy struck Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region with aerial bombs. One of them hit the school grounds. A woman and her child were injured as they were leaving school.

This was reported on Facebook by Artem Kisko, head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Zaporizhzhia region, according to Ukrinform.

"Today's shelling of Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region with guided aerial bombs — no emotions. Just facts. Where the enemy aimed: the Intellect Gymnasium in the town of Kushuhum, where classes were in session. Fifteen children (grades 1–4) were in the shelter — they were not injured.

A woman and her daughter, who had been picked up from school and were leaving the area, were injured," he wrote.

The school is located in the Kushuhum community in the Zaporizhzhia district.
