Three wounded as Russian forces launch over 870 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region

On December 9, Russia's invading forces carried out 872 attacks on 25 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, with three people wounded in enemy strikes on the Zaporizhzhia district.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

He said Russian forces conducted ten airstrikes on Rizdvianka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Preobrazhenka, Verkhnia Tersa, Radisne, and Boikove.

A total of 570 UAVs of various types (mostly FPVs) targeted Kushuhum, Novomykolaivka, Chervonodniprovka, Bilenke, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novoandrivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Zatyshshia, Varvarivka, and Solodke.

Four MLRS attacks were launched on Rozumivka, Stepnohirsk, Bilohiria, and Varvarivka. In addition, 288 artillery strikes were recorded in Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novoandrivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Varvarivka, and Solodke.

Authorities received 27 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.
