Russian forces launch 540 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region over past day, child injured

Russian forces carried out 540 strikes on 20 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region on November 29.

Zaporizhzhia Regional Governor Ivan Fedorov said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"A child was injured as a result of the enemy attack on the Polohy district," he wrote.

Overall, during the past day, the occupiers launched 540 strikes on 20 communities across the Zaporizhzhia region.

Russian forces conducted 31 airstrikes on Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Pryluky, Ternuvate and Rizdvianka.

A total of 263 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) targeted Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Varvarivka, Dobropillia and Solodke.

Four MLRS attacks hit the areas of Huliaipole, Dobropillia and Varvarivka.

In addition, 242 artillery strikes targeted Bilenske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Varvarivka, Dobropillia and Solodke.

Authorities received 20 reports of damage to homes and infrastructure.
