Searches ongoing, people are pressured to install MAX app in temporarily occupied part of Kherson region – resistance movement
Yellow Ribbon reported this on Telegram, referencing activists of the resistance movement, according to Ukrinform.
"Another wave of searches in Henichesk – civilians are being pressured," the report states.
It is noted that activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement report that this week Russian police officers together with representatives of the military commandant's office are entering private houses and apartments under the pretext of "security checks."
In particular, people are being forced to show their phones: photos and messengers are being reviewed. They are being pressured to install the MAX app. The searches, as always, are conducted selectively.
As reported by Ukrinform, due to the introduction of the MАХ messenger by the Russian authorities, communication with Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories may become more difficult.
