The enemy is attacking Zaporizhzhia, explosions have been heard in the city, and there are casualties.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, according to Ukrinform.
“The Russians are attacking Zaporizhzhia region and, directly, the regional center.
An explosion was heard in one of the districts of Zaporizhzhia,” he wrote.
Emergency services are inspecting the area.
Preliminarily, there are casualties.
Later, Ivan Fedorov added to the information, reporting two casualties.
A fire broke out at the site of the strike.
According to Ukrinform, Russians struck the Zaporizhzhia region 562 times during the day, damaging infrastructure and residential buildings.
