Consequences of Russian air strike on November 18 shown in Kharkiv region, man killed
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“On the afternoon of November 18, the Russian Armed Forces launched an air strike on the village of Starovirivka in the Kupiansk district. A 42-year-old man was killed. At the time of the attack, he was riding his bicycle through the village,” the statement said.
The strike damaged residential buildings in the village.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As reported, late in the evening on November 16, Russian troops launched a drone strike on a residential area of the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region, killing one man and injuring another.
