Russian army attacks critical infrastructure in Odesa region

The Russian army carried out a strike using attack drones on the city of Artsyz in the Odesa region, damaging a critical infrastructure facility.

According to Ukrinform, the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram.

"On the night of November 13, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked the city of Artsyz with strike drones. As a result of the enemy attack, a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building, and repair workshops were damaged," the statement said.

The agency clarified that no people were injured in the attack.

Prosecutors are working at the scene together with police officers.

Under the procedural supervision of the Bolhrad District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As Ukrinform reported, a multi-story residential building in Odesa was damaged during a Russian attack on the night of November 12.
