In October, Russian occupiers used a record number of guided aerial bombs against Ukraine since the beginning of the year.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense, according to Ukrinform.

“During the 31 days of the second month of autumn, Russian aircraft dropped more than 5,328 guided aerial bombs on the positions of our troops and frontline settlements. This is the largest number of guided aerial bombs dropped in a month since the beginning of 2025,” the report said.

According to the defense ministry, the enemy's aerial terror is intensifying: in just 10 months of this year, enemy aircraft have dropped as many guided bombs as in the entire previous year - about 40,000.

As reported by Ukrinform, in September, the enemy carried out more than 145,000 attacks using various systems and weapons, including more than 3,200 using multiple launch rocket systems. Russian military aircraft dropped 3,989 guided bombs.
