On Saturday, November 1, Russian forces carried out two airstrikes on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, killing one person and injuring another.

Serhii Horbunov, head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"The first FAB-250 airstrike by Russian occupiers killed a civilian. The person sustained fatal injuries. […] Shortly afterward, the enemy launched another airstrike using the same type of bomb. As a result, one more civilian was injured," Horbunov wrote.

He noted that the blast wave from the first strike damaged seven private houses, several of which suffered major destruction.

The injured person from the second airstrike sought medical assistance independently at a hospital in Druzhkivka. Two apartment buildings were also damaged in that attack.

"Kostiantynivka remains one of the front-line communities in the Donetsk region that is constantly under enemy attack. The strikes on civilian infrastructure once again demonstrate that the occupiers deliberately target the civilian population," Horbunov said.
