Man killed in Russian strike on Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi

A man was killed in the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in Kharkiv region as a result of a Russian strike.

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“According to the investigation, on October 31 around 10:40 in the settlement of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, a 63-year-old man was killed,” the statement reads.

In addition, prosecutors said that in the village of Kurylivka, Kupiansk district, on October 30 at about 22:30, a 50-year-old woman was injured when aviation munitions hit the area.

Pre-trial investigations have been launched into war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As reported, Russian forces struck eight settlements in Kharkiv region on October 30. Two people were injured in Kupiansk district — a 78-year-old man in the village of Velykyi Burluk and a 56-year-old woman in Pidserednie.
