Russians strike Lozova in Kharkiv region, leaving about 25,000 households without power

Russian forces carried out strikes on the town of Lozova in Kharkiv region, leaving around 25,000 households without electricity.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“This morning, the Russian invaders struck the town of Lozova, resulting in about 25,000 households being left without power,” Syniehubov wrote.

According to him, emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack and restore electricity supply to the population.

In addition, the head of the regional administration noted that overnight, Russian forces shelled an energy facility in Chuhuiv district.

Preliminary reports indicate that no casualties have been recorded in either case.

Restoration work is ongoing, Syniehubov added.

As reported, 13 people were injured and civilian infrastructure was destroyed or damaged in Kharkiv region over the previous day as a result of Russian aggression.
