Critical infrastructure hit in Russian attack on Kirovohrad region

Russian forces targeted Novoukrainka district in Kirovohrad region, leaving 19 settlements without power.

This is according to Andrii Raikovych, head of the regional military administration, via Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“There was another enemy attack on critical infrastructure of the region overnight. This time it hit Novoukrainka district. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties,” Raikovych said in the post.

He added that restoration work is currently underway to return electricity to the affected settlements.

Previously, following nighttime attacks with missiles and drones, 27 settlements in Kirovohrad region had been left without power.
