One killed, five injured in Russian attacks on Kharkiv region
According to Ukrinform, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported this on Facebook.
In Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi of Kupiansk community, a 71-year-old man was killed and a 72-year-old man injured.
In the village of Orilka in Lozova community, a 42-year-old woman sustained injuries, while a 52-year-old man, a 19-year-old girl, and an 11-year-old girl suffered acute stress reactions.
Russian forces attacked Kharkiv region with four guided aerial bombs, two Molniya-type drones, and two other unidentified UAVs.
A private house was damaged in Orilka (Lozova district), a car in Horokhovatka (Izium district), another car in Prymorske (Chuhuiv district), and an administrative building in Zolochiv (Bohodukhiv district).
The transit evacuation center in Lozova received 160 people during the day; 70 remain there. Since it began operating, the center has registered 8,423 people.
As reported by Ukrinform, on October 18, Russian forces struck Lozova with a newly modified guided aerial bomb that flew 130 kilometers.
