Casualties reported as Russians attack Kherson overnight

In Kherson, a Russian strike overnight on Tuesday, October 7, killed one person and injured three others.
Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
According to Prokudin, Russian forces shelled the Koralebnyi district of Kherson around midnight.
Rescuers recovered the body of the deceased man from under the rubble; his identity is being confirmed.
Three women, aged 51, 18, and 69, were taken to hospital with concussions, blast injuries, and closed traumatic brain injuries. They received medical treatment and were discharged for outpatient care.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces launched over 1,500 drones in the Kherson region in the past week, 77% of which were destroyed by Ukrainian defenders.
