Russian army carries out 762 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region in one day, killing one and injuring 11

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have launched 762 strikes on 17 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing one person and injuring 11 others.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

One person was killed and 11 others were wounded as a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.

Russian troops carried out six air strikes on Rozumivka, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Solodke, Uspenivka, and Poltavka.

517 UAVs of various modifications (mainly FPV) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Malokaterynivka, Chervonodniprovka, Ternuvate, Primorske, Huliaypole, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

Two MLRS strikes hit Malynivka and Poltavka, Fedorov said.

The enemy carried out 233 artillery strikes on the territory of Chervonodniprovka, Primorske, Huliaypole, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

There were 240 reports of damage to houses, apartments, cars, and infrastructure, the head of the regional military administration added.

As reported by Ukrinform, 18 high-rise buildings, 24 private houses, and seven non-residential premises were damaged in Zaporizhzhia on the night of October 5 as a result of Russian strikes.
