Woman killed in Kherson due to artillery shelling

On the morning of September 22, Russian troops shelled Kherson with artillery, killing a woman who was in her yard.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram.
“On September 22, 2025, at around 9:00 a.m., Russian troops carried out an artillery attack on Kherson. As a result of the attack, a woman who was in the yard was killed,” the statement said.
The District Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported by Ukrinform, two people were injured in the Kherson region on September 21 as a result of Russian aggression.
