Eleven people killed in Russian strikes on Donetsk region over past day

On September 3, Russian troops killed 11 civilians and injured 16 others in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
According to Filashkin, nine people were killed in Kostiantynivka, and one each in the towns of Siversk and Kalenyky.
Sixteen more residents across the region sustained injuries over the course of the day.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, 3,578 people have been killed and 8,013 injured in the Donetsk region. These figures do not include casualties from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Russian artillery and drone strikes on Kostiantynivka on September 3 killed nine civilians and injured seven more.
