According to Ukrinform, Vadym Filashkin, the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted the news on Facebook.
According to him, on September 1, the Russians killed one person in Kostiantynivka. Seven more people in the region were wounded during the day.
The total number of Russian victims in the Donetsk region (3,443 dead and 7,937 wounded) omits Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As reported by Ukrinform, on August 31, the Russian army killed two residents of the Donetsk region, and eight more people were wounded.
