Russian forces strike Zaporizhzhia region with guided bombs, killing two civilians

Two people were killed following a Russian airstrike using guided aerial bombs on the Polohy district of Zaporizhzhia region.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this Telegram.

“Russian forces targeted the village of Omelnyk with guided bombs. Residential buildings were destroyed. A married couple, both aged 64, were killed in one of the homes,” Fedorov stated.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops carried out 591 strikes across Zaporizhzhia region over the past day.
