Agents from the partisan movement “ATESH” destroyed a relay cabinet on a railway branch in Kostroma, which is used to supply military factories in the Russian Federation.

According to Ukrinform, ATESH reported this on Telegram.

“Our agents carried out a successful operation and destroyed a relay cabinet on the railway line in Kostroma (57.73313174510631, 40.93591466944189). Kostroma is not a border region—it lies deep within Russia. That makes the strike even more powerful: the enemy had convinced itself that nothing threatened it here. But now the ground is burning beneath the occupiers’ feet even in places they considered safe,” the partisans stated.

The railway network in Kostroma is used to transport fuel, equipment, and components to military factories in Central Russia. The destruction of communication nodes causes disruptions in train traffic and delays in deliveries, weakening the entire supply system of the Russian army.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, an ATESH agent carried out a sabotage operation in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, destroying one military vehicle and damaging two others.
