Border guards repell assault and capture nine invaders in Pokrovsk sector
According to Ukrinform, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported the news and released a video.
“The enemies tried to storm in small groups. The invaders rushed into battle, among them were both fanatical supporters of Kremlin propaganda and mercenaries fighting exclusively for money,” the report said.
As noted by the State Border Guard Service, on August 24, border guards repelled another assault and captured six Russians.
A few days earlier, three more invaders were taken prisoner. Among the captives are individuals from various regions: from the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, Udmurtia, and Ossetia.
As reported by Ukrinform, fighters of the Forpost Brigade of the Ukrainian Border Guards in the Vovchansk sector captured a 19-year-old Russian invader who had been drafted into the army from prison.
