Dozens of buildings damaged, casualties reported after Russian attack on Lviv

A combined Russian attack on Lviv overnight caused damage to dozens of residential buildings and left several people injured.

Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi announced the details on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"It was a loud night in Lviv. The enemy carried out a combined attack using Shahed drones and missiles. Once again, just like a month ago, the strike hit Oleny Stepanivny Street," he wrote.

According to preliminary information, there are injured residents. The blast wave damaged dozens of homes, shattering windows and damaging roofs. Emergency services are working at the scene.

Sadovyi also noted reports of fires breaking out in other locations and said that a meeting of the commission on emergency situations is being prepared.

As reported earlier, Russian forces launched another massive combined attack against Ukraine overnight, using both missiles and drones. Air raid alerts were declared across the entire country.
