Russian troops kill one resident of Donetsk region and wound ten

The Russian army killed one resident of the Donetsk region yesterday, August 19.
According to Ukrinform, Vadym Filashkin, the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, reported the incident on Facebook.
Filashkin stated that on August 19, Russians killed one person in Dobropillia. Another 10 people were wounded in the Donetsk region.
The total number of Russian victims in the Donetsk region (3,426 dead and 7,862 wounded) does not include Mariupol and Volnovakha.
According to Ukrinform, on August 19, Russian invaders carried out several airstrikes on Kostiantynivka. There are casualties.
