Russian troops struck the village of Novoraysk in the Kherson region, killing a civilian.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Alexander Prokudin, according to Ukrinform.
At the time of the attack, the man was outside. The identity of the deceased is being established by the relevant services.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of August 19, Russian invaders attacked the Dnipro district of Kherson with a drone, injuring a 62-year-old man.
