In Kharkiv, at site of Russian attack, three people are being searched for who may be under rubble of building

Three more people may be trapped under the rubble of a building in the Industrial District of Kharkiv.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, according to Ukrinform.

“According to our information, three more people may be trapped under the rubble. Their mobile phones are currently being monitored. The people are not responding yet, but we hope until the very last moment that they will get in touch,” Syniehubov said.

He added that the strikes hit the roof of a residential building. The damage to the building is significant.

Search and rescue operations at the site of the Russian drone attack continue this morning. More than 40 units of heavy special equipment and more than 140 rescuers are working to find people.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of August 18, Kharkiv was attacked by Russian UAVs, and fires broke out in the Industrial District of the city. Seven people were reported dead and 20 wounded.
