Russian artillery shells Nikopol, one killed and several wounded

This was reported on Facebook by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.

“The Russian army killed a woman in Nikopol. The tragedy was caused by artillery shelling of the city, which the enemy carried out in the morning,” Lysak said.

Five more people were injured in the attack. Two women were hospitalized: a 78-year-old woman in serious condition and a 69-year-old woman in moderate condition. The rest are receiving outpatient treatment.

A bank, a hairdresser's, shops, a sports club, a pharmacy, and high-rise buildings were damaged.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of July 16, Russian troops carried out massive attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region. Kryvyi Rih suffered the most.
