The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine intercepted a conversation of a resident of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk Region, where she complains about the deteriorating living conditions.

According to Ukrinform, the Main Intelligence Directorate published the interception on Telegram.

“Salaries have fallen sharply in all sectors,” the woman complains.

Under pressure from international sanctions and inflated costs of waging an aggressive war against Ukraine, the Kremlin authorities are cutting back on the welfare of the population, especially in the territories seized by Moscow.

“You know, these salaries, the average ones, have already decreased. They will raise them, but we will pay not 15, but 17 [Editor's note: 15 and 17 thousand rubles] for an apartment,” she adds.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the temporarily occupied city of Siverskodonetsk, residents had their water supply cut off every hour, and recently, restrictions have also been imposed at night.
