Ukrinform
The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) has published information on 110 cultural artifacts appropriated by Russian occupiers during illegal archaeological excavations conducted between 2014 and 2025 in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced by DIU on Facebook, and the data was added to the Stolen Heritage section of the War & Sanctions portal.

The cultural assets were discovered by Russian forces during unauthorized excavations at the following archaeological sites: Arteziansky Settlement, Genoese Fortress of Chembalo, and Southern Suburb of Chersonesus Taurica.

Additionally, the report includes information on cultural objects from the Kadykivske settlement (site of a Roman military camp), where the Sevastopol occupation administration plans to build a shopping center. It also details artifacts removed from the Chersonesus Taurica National Preserve under the pretext of a temporary exhibition at the Yekaterinburg History Museum.

The updated section provides details on locations of illegal excavations, documented cases of cultural heritage theft, and unlawful activities by Russian authorities in the Crimea.
