Russian strikes in Kharkiv region leave two persons killed, eight injured

On Sunday, June 29, six populated areas in Kharkiv region came under Russian attack, resulting in two deaths and eight injuries.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov on Facebook.

In Pisochyn, two women aged 69 and 65, three men aged 71, 66, and 35, and a 6-year-old boy were injured amid Russian strikes.

In Kupiansk, a 50-year-old man was killed, and a 37-year-old man was injured.

In Vilkhuvatka, a 60-year-old man was killed, and a 59-year-old man was injured.

According to Syniehubov, Russian forces launched 64 unguided aerial rockets, eirght guided aerial bombs, 13 Shahed-type drones, 11 Geran-2 drones, and one Molniya-type drone at Kharkiv region targets.

In Kharkiv district, a car service station, a private house, six vehicles (in Pisochyn), two warehouse buildings, and the windows of a multi-story building (in Derhachi) were damaged.

In Kupiansk district, an apartment, a kindergarten, a garage (in Kupiansk), eight houses, and a car (in Vilkhuvatka) were damaged.

In Kurortne, Chuhuiv district, a sanatorium building was damaged.
