Three killed, 22 injured in massive Russian attack on Kyiv

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into war crimes that resulted in civilian deaths (Parts 1 and 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to investigators, on June 6, Russian forces carried out a massive aerial attack on the capital.
Three rescuers from the State Emergency Service were killed in the attack. Among the 22 injured were nine emergency responders, a subway worker, Kyivgas specialists, and residents of damaged buildings. An 11-year-old girl was poisoned by combustion products.
In the Solomianskyi district, apartments on several floors of a 16-story residential building were damaged. Shops and a shopping center also sustained damage.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a building storing humanitarian aid was damaged and caught fire. A garage cooperative was also affected.
Debris fell in open areas in the Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi, and Holosiivskyi districts — on a playground, near a gas station, on metro tracks, and near a shopping center — damaging several vehicles.
Emergency services and law enforcement are continuing to work at the scene, documenting another war crime committed by Russia.
