Six injured in Nikopol district from Russian shelling

Six people were wounded as a result of Russian shelling in the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region.

This was reported on Facebook by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, according to Ukrinform.

“The enemy has once again terrorized the peaceful residents of Nikopol. Six people were injured in the area as a result of Russian attacks,” Lukashuk said.

According to him, a 40-year-old woman and man were hospitalized in serious condition. Two 34-year-old men, a 51-year-old man, and an 83-year-old woman received the necessary assistance and will be treated at home.

The Russians targeted the communities of Nikopol, Marganets, Chervonohryhorivka, and Myrivsk.

As a result of the shelling, a garage was destroyed, four private houses, a gas pipeline, a power line, a store, and a passenger car were damaged.

“In other communities of the region, the day passed without shelling,” Lukashuk added.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army struck a grocery store in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, wounding four people.
