Ukrainian drones strike Russian plant producing cruise missiles
An informed source within the SSU reported this to Ukrinform.
According to the source, during the attack, Ukrainian drones bypassed the air defense systems protecting the Russian capital and hit the assembly and munitions workshops of the facility, where fires are currently ongoing.
The plant is part of the Tactical Missile Armament Corporation and manufactures various types of cruise missiles: air-to-air, air-to-ground, and ground-to-ground. This includes missiles such as the Kh-101/555, Kh-69, and Kh-59MK, which Russia uses to terrorize the population and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
“The SSU continues to precisely target key enterprises of the Russian defense-industrial complex, whose products serve as weapons in the war against Ukraine. The SSU’s ‘drone sanctions’ on the technological rear of the Russian army will continue,” the source emphasized.
As previously reported, the SSU used drones to destroy Russian radar equipment on gas extraction platforms in the Black Sea.
