Russian troops strike Chuhuiv, one woman killed

This was reported on Telegram by Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov, according to Ukrinform.

"The enemy shelled the town of Chuhuiv. Preliminary reports indicate the invaders launched a missile strike. As of now, one woman has been confirmed dead," the message reads.

Emergency services were dispatched to survey the impact site, Syniehubov added.

According to a Ukrinform correspondent, explosions were heard around 16:00 and again at 16:10.

Later, the head of the regional administration reported at least two injured.

"By now, two men are known to be wounded. Medics are providing them with all the necessary care," Syniehubov stated.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces launched two ballistic missiles at port infrastructure in Odesa, killing one man and injuring eight others, four of whom are in serious condition.
