Russians launch 658 attacks on Zaporizhzhia region in past 24 hrs

Over the past day, Russian forces launched 658 strikes on 17 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region.

This was reported on Telegram by Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration (RMA), according to Ukrinform.

“The enemy carried out 11 airstrikes targeting Stepnohirsk, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Chervone, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Novoivanivka. A total of 412 drones of various types, mostly FPV drones, attacked Lobkove, Kamianske, Stepove, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Novodarivka, Novopavlivka, and Verkhnia Tersa. Five rocket artillery strikes hit Lobkove, Huliaipole, and Mala Tokmachka. Additionally, 230 artillery strikes targeted Lobkove, Kamianske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka,” he wrote.

Ten reports have been received about damage to apartments, private homes, vehicles, and an educational institution.

Earlier reports stated that two men and a woman were injured in enemy attacks on Vasylivka and Polohy districts.

As Ukrinform previously reported, the situation in the Novopavlivka sector of the front has significantly worsened, with Russian forces pushing toward the border of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions.
