Russian drone strike on Chervonyi Yar leaves one dead, two injured

Russian forces carried out an UAV strike on the village of Chervonyi Yar in the Kherson region, leaving one dead and two injured.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“A pre-trial investigation has been launched under the procedural guidance of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office into the war crime that led to a person's death,” the report said.

Investigators confirmed that on May 6, Russian forces conducted another drone strike on Chervonyi Yar in the Beryslav district, killing one person and injuring two more.

As Ukrinform previously reported, a woman was killed in the Kherson region following Russian shelling in the village of Komyshany.
