In the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region, 12,000 schoolchildren and students are undergoing military training under the leadership of Russian soldiers who fought in Ukraine.

That’s according to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

These students took part in the updated version of the military-patriotic game "Zarnytsia 2.0" set up by Russian propaganda organizations, in particular the public movement Yunarmiya (Young Army) and the Voin (Warrior) military and sports center, the regional administration emphasized.

According to organizers, the troops who returned from the war in Ukraine should become an “inspiring role models” for local youths.

According to the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysohor, "in the Siversk axis, the invaders tried to advance toward Bilohorivka, where Ukraine’s forces are holding the defense lines and repelling the attacks. Over the past day, the Russians have deployed 178 unmanned aerial vehicles in the said zone. They have also involved artillery support 12 times."

As reported earlier, since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian forces have killed 605 children in Ukraine.
