
Strike on Kharkiv: Civilian infrastructure and apartment building hit, four injured

Russia has struck a civilian infrastructure facility and an apartment building in Kharkiv, leaving at least four people injured.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the attack on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The strike targeted a civilian infrastructure facility. Rescuers pulled a woman from the rubble -- she is alive and currently being examined by doctors. Search and rescue operations are ongoing," he wrote.
Terekhov also stated that a fire broke out at the impact site.
"An apartment building nearby was also damaged. All residents are being evacuated," he added.
Later, the mayor added that four people had been injured in the attack.
