Fire caused by Russian drone attack extinguished in Kyiv region

In Kyiv region, rescuers extinguished a fire caused by an attack by Russian drones on the night of February 22.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

As a result of the Russian attack, a man born in 1962 died and a fire broke out in a warehouse.

A private house, a kindergarten, an educational institution, a shop and six cars were damaged.

Rescuers promptly extinguished the fire at 01:00.

The State Emergency Service involved 68 personnel and 15 pieces of equipment.

The consequences of the attack are being assessed.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of February 22, a railway crossing guard was killed in Boryspil district, Kyiv region, due to a drone attack.
