
Russia keeps four missile carriers with 22 Kalibr missiles in Black Sea
The press service of the Ukrainian Navy reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reported.
"As of 7:00 a.m. on January 27, there are six enemy ships in the Black Sea, including four Kalibr cruise missile carriers, with a total volley of up to 22 missiles; one enemy ship in the Sea of Azov; two enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, including one Kalibr cruise missile carrier, with a total volley of up to eight missiles," the statement said.
According to the Navy, over the past 24 hours, five vessels sailed through the Kerch Strait to the Azov Sea, two of them from the Bosphorus; six vessels sailed to the Black Sea, and two of them continued to move in the direction of the Bosphorus.
The Navy emphasized that Russia continues to violate the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems (AIS).
As reported, on January 26, the Navy informed that Russia has three missile carriers equipped with 16 Kalibrs in the Black Sea.
