Enemy fires 279 shells at Kherson region, civilian killed

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Over the past day, the enemy launched 53 shelling attacks, firing 279 projectiles from mortars, artillery, Grads, tanks, automatic grenade launchers, UAVs, and aircraft. The Russian military targeted residential neighborhoods in region’s populated areas," he said.

According to Prokudin, one civilian was killed and another was injured due to Russian aggression.

As reported, according to the General Staff, 69 combat clashes have been recorded in the past day. The enemy launched 7 missile attacks and 34 airstrikes, carried out 59 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
