Over the past day, Russians shell Zaporizhzhia region 97 times

Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"A missile attack on Zaporizhzhia, an airstrike on Yegorivka, six UAV attacks on Malynivka and Novodarivka, as well as four MLRS attacks on Prymorske, Lukyanivka and Novodarivka were recorded," the post says.

In total, the enemy fired 84 artillery shells at the territory of Mahdalynivka, Orikhove, Zaliznychne, Huliaypole, Mala Tokmachka, Levadne, Stepove, Pyatikhatky, Pavlivka, Kamianske and other towns and villages on the frontline.

There were 13 reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure as a result of shelling by the Russian military. There were no casualties.

As reported, at night on August 22, the enemy army attacked the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia with missiles and drones. The aggressor also fired at three dozen settlements in the region, leaving one dead and one injured.
