Russian forces strike Zaporizhzhia district

The Russian army attacked Zaporizhzhia district, which is located not far from the regional center.
Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy attacked Zaporizhzhia district. Fortunately, there have been no casualties," he wrote.
Around 11:40, during the air raid alert, an explosion was heard in some districts of Zaporizhzhia. The Air Force had earlier warned that the enemy would likely use tactical aircraft.
As earlier reported, nine people were killed and another 82 were injured, including two children, in Russia’s missile attack on Pokrovsk.
