Enemy hits Kostiantynivka with cluster munitions. Child among injured

Russian troops shelled Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, with cluster munitions from Smerch MLRS. Three local residents were injured, including a child.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.

According to the investigation data, the invaders struck Kostiantynivka again around 19:20 on July 30. This time, the Russian army targeted the private sector, probably with cluster munitions from Smerch MLRS.

"During the attack, a 13-year-old boy, who was grazing cattle in the field together with his grandfather, suffered multiple shrapnel wounds. Also, a 44-year-old man was injured by projectile fragments near the cemetery, and a 68-year-old local resident received mine blast injuries in her yard," the report reads.

As reported, on July 30, Russian invaders shelled Kostiantynivka community in Donetsk region, killing one person and injuring two more.
